形态描述
体细长，尾柄特别延长。胸部吸着器后端开放。胸鳍刺后缘具锯齿；背鳍刺较弱，后缘无锯齿。侧线明亮。尾鳍深分叉，上、下叶等长。
生物学
A kind of buffallo catfish, body slender, caudal peduncle longest in the buffallo catfish ,lives in the running water in the gravelly brooks, carnivorous, only found in the branches of the Irrawaddy River system.
